Are they real reindeer?
YES! They are live reindeer. A big part of our family, we love each and everyone of them as our own kids.

How do you clean the inflatables?
After each rental, we clean with a product called Simple Green. Simple Green is an EPA-safe formula that’s safer for people, pets, and the environment. Just a reminder we do NOT allow any pets in or on our inflatables.

Can we pet the reindeer?
For the safety of our reindeer and your guests, you can take photos and learn about these beautiful, exotic reindeer. We do allow you to stand in front of the fencing to take selfies and group photos with the reindeer directly behind you.

Do you have supplies for the snowcone machine?
Yes! We do give you some supplies for FREE with each rental. Yes! You can also purchase extra supplies from us at a low cost.

Is it safe to rent reindeer?
Yes! Our reindeer are in a fenced area (we supply) and their handlers will stay with them. They are a great way to keep the spirit of the holidays alive for all ages.
